Can you tell me how long this pipette is?

There are 13 1/8 inches in this measurement.

These should be able to measure essential oils, right?

Those should work for the majority of liquids. My SEOH Pump, 2ml Blue, 5ml Red, and 10ml Green are used for my smaller pipettes, while the 2ml Blue and 5ml Red are used for my larger pipettes. Brewer's yeast and distilled water are the two things I use them for. There is a lot of benefit to the pump.

Can you tell me what the outside diameter is ?

An approximate 18 mm diameter.

In a pair of seoh blue and green pumps, it fits perfectly. Markings on the ground can also be clearly seen. These measurements are approximately I have been using the same syringes for years, but them are only a tenth off (at most). It was quick reminder why I had put off buying these pumps and pipettes for yearsS, when I received them, the glass pipettes are extremely long and odd to use, but they sure made clean up easier and I didn't have to throw away 2-liter bottles. I was able to use 3 syringes/glass droppers after using them with essential oils, so these pump and pipettes are worth remaining patient with until they're familiar to us.

The measuring cup is ideal for measuring the exact amount of essential oils needed to create roller balls. This was made even more effective by using the Pipette pump. There is no need for expensive products to be wasted.

According to the description, the item arrived in good condition. I was promptly notified of the delivery and the parcel arrived well packaged. Unlike some of your books, the glass markings aren't as strong or as easy to read as I would have liked (a light brown tint and a few broken lines). An excellent value for the money. Buying again would be a great idea.
