Which diameter does this pipette have on the outside?

It seems to be approximately one metre instead of the 2 meter I measured with a metruc ruler. It's no more than 0 millimeters.

Is there an incomplete instruction? The diameter of the micropipette was asked through an email by a potential customer

There is a 1 mm difference. After following the directions carefully, mixing the liquid was sporadic at best, and depending on the amount of liquid added to the micropipette, some of it would hang on the bottom of the small glass tube to which the black rubber bulb is attached, which took some time to remove. The instructions indicate when to do which of the steps, but no matter what I did, as soon as I aspirated liquid into the micropipette, it began to flow out again right away. For me to be able to believe that I transferred 100 ul exactly, I had to move extremely quickly to aspirate the liquid, and then transfer the micropipette to the appropriate receiving container. How could I be doing this Furthermore, I wonder what else could have been done to make the instructions clearer or more.
