Is it accurate? There was a mistake in my interpretation of the picture

It is backwards for me to use the indicators. In medicine, we measure volumes from top to bottom. For perspective, I fill the dropper from bottom to top. There is a teaspoon in the size of 5ml I need. The dropper should start measuring at the bottom and work its way upward. Normally, you would fill the dropper up to the zero line and then dispense the amount you need, but I didn't intend that to happen. Once I did another search, I was able to locate droppers that measured from the bottom up, which was what I needed for my use. The order was placed from my phone since I had to rush it. There's too much noise in the picture for me to comprehend. The fault lies with me, so I'm not really happy about it.

The seller has described these as turkey basters. However, they will not function as accurate droppers based on measurements, as also described by the A mistake has been made in the measurements. BEAKERS WITH DIFFERENT MEASUREMENT LEVELS WERE NOT THE SAME.
