The ventilated doors open from the left to the right and are supported by four heavy-duty hinges for a smooth operation.

For added security, ventilated doors have a recessed handle and hasp, as well as the ability to accept a built-in lock or padlock.

A 13 3/4" D upper shelf and a 12" wide, 12 1/2" high, 13 3/4" deep top compartment with a steel padlock hasp are included in the units.

For secure storage, each unit includes four steel coat hooks, a coat rod, and a 14" high foot locker with a hinged lid and recessed padlock hasp.

Except for one thing, the quality is excellent

The locker itself is excellent, and it looks exactly like the one I had when I was a paid firefighter. As a result of the power coat heavy gauge steel, the construction is extremely durable. I'm docking one star because the interior square storage vault was built with a very weak weld that came apart during shipping, requiring me to repair it myself with screws from the local hardware store. Photos of the weak spot where the weld failed are attached.
