Is there a penco logo on the front of the item?

It does not, in fact. A simple smooth chrome finish is all that is required.

For the palnut installation, what size nut driver should be used?

It depends on the size of the nut; a 3/8" driver is required for the large size palnut. A special driver is required for the small size palnut, which can be purchased separately. Unless you specify otherwise, I ship the large palnuts with the handle.

My broken latch has been repaired! For years, I've had a train yard locker

At some point, one of the door latches had broken. With the help of this kit, I was finally able to fix the door. I only used the new base and kept the original Penco engraved latch. Because I didn't have the small locker tool for the lock nut, I made do with gorilla glue and clamped it until it dried. Now everything is working great!.
