Parts are missing and the assembly is difficult

Great locker until the guy who is supposed to put the "p" brackets in the package goes on vacation, leaving you with none and the shelves falling off. Also, it's the twentieth century, so set aside 10 minutes and upload a video to YouTube. Because the drawings are difficult to see, my bottom shelf did not hook in properly, so I had to bend it to fit it in, and it is now warped. Because it is the twentieth century, real photographs may be used.

Excellent product that was relatively simple to assemble. It's packaged in a large, sturdy box. The shelf brackets were not included in my box at first, but they were sent separately three days later. This locker is one of my daughter's favorites.

This item isn't exactly what I was hoping for. I'm having trouble getting my money back because it's difficult to put together and cheaply made. I returned the item via UPS over a week ago, and no refund has been issued. Be Wary of the Buyer!.
