Does it actually amount to 70%? As far as I can tell, the water has dropped more than 50 percent This quality is 60 percent

For sanitizing counters, it was used. There were 32 bottles of 9oz each. You can just put the trigger sprayer in and it will keep It won't matter if it pours.
