Yes. They can be used with any stopper and cap with a 20mm diameter.
There are 100 in each case. They do not come with a top; the rubber stopper and aluminum top must be purchased separately. They aren't prepared ahead of time. They're not sealed, but they're sterile and shrink-wrapped. It's only 100 sterile glass vials that have been opened.

They must have been dropped on the package's corner at some point during the delivery process. Four vials shattered, scattering glass shards across a number of other vials.
These should be well washed for nearly all applications, they are not sterile (which’is fine, they’are not described as sterile), but having broken.
Always tossed into a bigger box to bang its way to its final destination. It's no surprise that there are always one or two people who are unlucky. Three broken bottles were included in the package, with glass dust strewn about.
