These vials were purchased to store Calligraphy ink (as well as mix small batches of custom colors) so that I didn't have to work with a full bottle. Most nibs fit inside without issue for dipping, and it holds enough ink that I can work on several pieces before needing to top it off. The only disadvantage is that there is no rubber stopper to keep bottles from leaking; fortunately, I have not experienced any leaks, but the possibility exists. br>I keep my jars in a wooden cigar box, which fits them perfectly. Inks can be stored or mixed in this alternative.
