It's borosilicate glass that they're made of. In a standard laboratory, this is the same as most other glassware. The bottles themselves can be autoclaved, but the caps are unlikely to be.

The glass is as thin as it gets, and the caps are made of inexpensive flexible plastic. Caps made of phenolic would be rigid. If you don't need them for harsh chemical storage, you can use them as regular containers. Three stars for lying and overcharging for low-quality goods.
My wife is having daily radiation treatments for laryngeal cancer, and she was told to take 4 teaspoons of honey (20 ml) exactly 15 minutes before and after each treatment to alleviate the throat irritation that is an unavoidable side effect. They hold more honey than we need, so we can put a little extra in there and she can just drink it down instead of spooning it or worrying if some of it sticks to the container. They're clear glass with a tight seal. Screw caps that are secure but easy to remove, as well as being clean and easy to use.
I like them, but they won't hold Acetone, Attack, or Methylene Chloride for long. It evaporates at a rate of about 0. 5 millimeters per day.
The heat resistance is something I'm not sure about. My son despises taking his medications as pills. When he went on a trip for adults with special needs, these were ideal.
