Those are what I use to prepare my presentations Powders for use during and following exercises. It would be nice to see a 20 ml version in the same diameter, I have not yet seen one. For gym members that supplement their diet, this is a great item. It is easy to pour the powder into a water bottle thanks to the narrow opening.
