Product Description

This item is Flat Screw Cap Conical Centrifuge Tubes, Standing to a height of 5 inches.

It contains 50 ML, graduated every 5 ML and every 2 ML. A 5ml sample.

In addition to their many applications, these Centrifuge Tubes are used for sample handling, sample centrifugation, and sample cold storage.

PP ( Polypropylene ) is the material used.

A full length measurement is 117 mm, a tube diameter measurement is 29 mm, and a cap measurement is 33 mm.

What is the autoclave procedure for these?

This was for liquid storage, thus the reason I purchased these tubes. Sadly, I don't have an autoclave, so I don't know if they could in fact make it through.

Buying if you need liquids is a bad idea. As a result of the rough sealing edge, these leak and are not airtight. The bag may work for storing beads or buttons, but is not recommended for anything wet or for testing since the seal does not work.

I would not recommend this product

I found several defective products in this used product, so I don't think it's new. There is no way I would recommend these at all. It looks like they were autoclaved. Clearly they should point out that it is a used item in questionable condition as far as sterilization is concerned.
