Constructed from tough and rigid polyethylene, ideal for heavy usage

The rim is 5 inches wide by 10 inches long

A perforated, fixed or removable filter plate made from 4 mm holes. The material is made up of 8mm thick high density polyethylene (HDPE) with 4 mm walls. Perforations at a distance of 11mm on 8mm

For use with a cloth or paper filter, the fixed version is designed for coarse filtration

The removable filter plate can be used for precious metals recovery by achieving temperatures down to -80°C (-112°F) and up to 52°C (125°F)

This product is of great quality at a low price

This buchner is absolutely amazing at a great price. It's super easy to clean unlike traditional buchners, which you can't access the bottom side of the filters. Despite its ability to separate, the piece works very well when put back together. As I only use 3 and I got 6, I can run it two times and wash only the main body and the Unlike the last review, this does not contain plastic burrs.

It cost me more than the cost of the product when I used it a second time

Served one time in the military. The plastic shelf broke or separated after I vacuum filtered for 20 minutes on the second use and I lost every material that filtered previously. The item is now out of my hands.

There were some imperfections in the drilling of the perforated plate. Each hole was surrounded by a great deal of debris. annoying and might result in bits of plastic being caught in the filter. Filtering liquid cannot flow out of this device, which is the biggest problem with it. More than 1 liter of liquid can be held by plastic baffles beneath the plate. For an application where you are trying to keep filtered liquids, I would strongly advise against this product. As long as you are trying to retain the precipitate, it will probably be fine.

The quality of this product is poor. I would not recommend it. My search for a return option has failed. It is not a good company to buy from.

If you are filtering an ethanol solution, do not use these. It is inevitable that they will fail.
