With a flow rate of 90ml per minute, they are made with creped white cellulose to improve porosity

This formula does not seem to work as well as whatman number 1

It does not seem to work as well as whatman number1, but they do not sell this funnel in a size that would fit it. I ended up using a second funnel and using whatman number 1 as a secondary filter, and surprisingly I still got particles out of it.
