I needed some sturdy bottles to keep my homemade liquid laundry detergent in. br>I was disappointed when I first got these. They were extremely light and significantly smaller than I had anticipated. I tried them because I didn't have any other options at the time. It was a pleasant surprise for me. br>These bottles turned out to be the perfect size for my needs. They were also not too heavy to lift out of the cabinet that was above my head due to their size. Not only that, but they also came with some cool labels that I didn't see in the description. Others may prefer larger bottles for this purpose, but given my back injury, I'd rather not lift anything heavier. These were exactly what I was looking for.
After we renovated our house, I purchased these to store leftover (latex) paint. I was fed up with rusty paint cans. They're well-made, and the plastic is as thick as I expected (if not slightly thicker). The little window for checking the level of fluid inside isn't perfectly clear (it's more translucent), but it does the job (though to be fair, I used white paints/primers in it, so anything with color would probably show up better). They do come with small oval labels (purple with a couple white lines to write on), but I used my own because I needed more information on them, so I can't rate them. br>br>Overall, they're compact, durable, and well-sealed. I'm going to go out and get some more paint to store the rest of the leftover paint I have.
These jugs are fantastic and exactly what I was looking for to store supplies for my MSLA printer. It was a pain in the buttocks to lug a large jug of distilled water or isopropyl alcohol onto my small workbench and then try to pour it into a pint container; Everything became much more manageable as a result of this. I believe the cap is child-resistant, but I've never had trouble opening a child-resistant lid, so I can't guarantee that children will figure it out. Especially with those lids being so common. br>br>At the moment, I'm using it to store isopropyl alcohol from a gallon can that was crushed in transit. I made a mark on the fill line to keep track of it because I'm not sure if these will seal well enough to keep it from evaporating. I'll update my review if I notice any significant evaporation in the coming months.
These bottles are extremely useful for cleaning areas such as garages and supply rooms. It's a simple way to replace shelf cans that are unsightly and rusting. The side slot that shows how full it is is a nice touch, and the caps are nice and secure. The labels that come with them, on the other hand, aren't my favorite. I had trouble finding ink that wouldn't smudge because they only have one short line to write a description of contents. I'll just change the labels, but aside from that, these are a great liquid storage solution, and the half gallon size is perfect in my opinion.
We started with 50 ounces of water and then added 10 ounces of soap. It's nice to be able to see inside to see how much soap or water is inside. It's so much easier to refill this jug than it is to refill each container individually. Design is brilliant! In addition, you will receive three of them. I would strongly advise!.
The container is made of durable materials that are ideal for the items I'm storing. The scale on the side of the jug is easy to read, and the rest of the jug is opaque to keep the contents out of direct sunlight. There are no leaks in this cap. proof. I would strongly suggest it.
After a year, they still haven't given up on me.
I used it to move my massive Costco laundry supplies to these. I'm relieved that I won't have to lug the bulky containers to the laundromat. Just make sure you have the measuring cups on hand!.
