It's a white 38/400 with a foil induction liner, yes.
One of the bottles I ordered didn't come with a cap, so I returned it. When I contacted their customer service, a woman returned my call and fixed the problem by sending me a bottle cap via mail. br>Thank you for taking the time to contact me. My negative review has since been changed to a positive one.
Without a cap on the second bottle, it is useless to me. Be aware!

It's a fine plastic jug if you don't need the contents to stay in it. It does not explicitly state that it comes with a cap in the text description, but does it really need to when all of the photos clearly show a jug with a cap on it? If you don't mind a jug without a cap, this is the jug for you; if not, keep looking or plan to find a cap somewhere.
Although the jug appeared to be in good condition, it was delivered without a cap. Without it, it's not much of a help. I'm not going to bother with the return shipping, especially since it's for a small plastic cap. As a result, I had to go out and try to find some additional caps. I was very disappointed that it didn't come with everything I needed.
I placed an order for two of these bottles. One of them had a lid on it; the other did not. Only one of them did. So, for the price of two bottles, you get one.
This was required for an unusual purpose (to strain Kefir milk). It's quick, thick, and sturdy, with the perfect diameter (6") for my needs. It's a great material because it's strong but also flexible and non-brittle. I could have gone out and bought a gallon of something, but I didn't want to waste anything.
It's a pain in the neck.
For the pen blanks I make, I order resin in 5-gallon jugs. Because those jugs are simply too large to pour from, I must pour them into gallon jugs to use on my bench. These HDPE jugs are ideal for such projects. I'll throw one out every now and then after a lot of use, but these last a long time and fit most standard resin and other material pouring pumps. It is impossible to make a mistake here!.
It doesn't come with a cap, and my threaded pump won't fit because the threads on this bottle aren't the same as the rest of the civilized world's. It's as if they chose a single factory in Albania to produce these and then said "screw it," figuring that no one would notice.
I use this bottle for my bleach and water solution mixtures because it's quite thick. For liquids, I usually prefer glass bottles, but this bottle is impact and weather resistant thanks to the durable HDPE material. Mold, mildew, and rotting are all resistant to this type of material, and I expect it to last a long time.
