The bottles do not have any lining. My interpretation is that the sentence may be describing how some specialty bottles are sterile by lining them with fluoride and other chemicals due to Those, however, specifically state what they are lined with in the title. This is definitely not the case.

These caps are easy to write on and don't leak when they're closed. It's not known what cleaning is or is not in the factory, so you'll need to do some pre-cleaning If any trace work is required, clean them with whatever method is required. In the future, I intend to order more packs to use acid washing, hot DI soak, autoclaving, etc. I purchased several packs already and will keep on ordering.
