Even though the plastic base arrived broken, it can be used. It is not level due to the broken bit, which is unaffected by the broken bit. I would not buy this again because it is cheap. There is a slight error in its measurement.

The base must be stable. Good product. With bumpers, a brush for cleaning, and a glass dropper, this set is ideal. It is easy to see the measurements clearly and easy to clean with the provided brush. Mixing Cerakote is really easy with this.
The dropper did not come with mine. Additionally, the inner rim of the lens has a white smudge. There is no way to wash them Due to the narrow nature of the cylinder, I used Qtips with long handles to clean the inside.
I have nothing to add. This liquid measuring device has a nice eye dropper and is of decent quality.
I am very pleased with the purchase.
