It had been broken when it arrived

Although the product appears to be of lab quality, the packaging was very poorly done, resulting in the damaged delivery. Otherwise, I would have returned the product for a refund because I needed it right away for a science project.

I can use them for what I want

As far as I can tell, they are working for what I purchased Measurement and pour were good and the staff arrived undamaged. With cerakote paint and break cleaner to clean them, I did not wipe off the measuring lines and they didn't come off.

The item is great, but the shipping is horrible

I really like the product. I received one broken set of three, and one of the three new pieces I received was damaged in shipping. Shipping on Amazon is poor, at best. It's a good thing I only needed five instead of nine, since four of them were broken in shipping.
