This is a quality set of Pyrex cylinders available at a seriously low price. It is genuine Corning Pyrex Brand and will last a lifetime if properly maintained. It is worth the extra money to invest in quality instead of mediocrity. Reading the markings is easy thanks to their It does not have glass bubbles or any other elements characteristic of a generic knockoff. great with a defect that arrived in the package (not the sellers fault, it was the manufacturer's). The seller shipped out a replacement free of charge as soon as the defect was discovered. The customer service at Lake Charles is second-to-none!.
This product is of excellent quality and provides accurate results. Corning displays are more readable in my opinion than others I have used. I also appreciated the fact that the base is solid and less likely to topple It costs a few more dollars, but the extra money is worth it.
I imagine that if more space was available on top of the cylinder, the "funnel" section would have been much bigger. I received the one that was barely flared and I think it may have been I still use this cylinder for my purposes and found it to be exceptionally well priced for its size.
The Pyrex glassware is used in many laboratory settings. Featuring a graduated cylinder from 5 mL to 100 mL with 1 mL increments in between, this is a professional quality item. Durable and dishwasher-safe, it is perfect for a busy household. The metric scale I use to teach my son about metric measurements is in the kitchen.
There's nothing to be concerned about. As far as I am concerned, it serves its purpose, and I don't require it do anything more. It would be a purchase I would make again if this one broke.
The glassware is solid and good quality for the purpose it is intended for. No change was made in my mercury when I measured it in the 50 ml. Mercury that's heavy and makes a lot of noise was being poured in with a funnel at an angle that I thought would break because it was making a lot of unnecessary noise, and mercury was making a lot of unnecessary noise.
There is a difference between what I received and what is pictured. One I was sent does not have a conical top, it has a straight top.
It is very kind of you to say thank you.
