The tubing I'm using has a diameter of 3/8th of a inch. There is no problem with the rated size, but it could fit a little In order to ensure pressure doesn't cause the tubing to pop off, I use a small clamp.

It works fine and as you would expect. There are a couple of minor issues worth mentioning that are not necessarily problems with the product. The glassware will not work with the plastic keck clips you see I've tried multiple vendors, and all of them break almost instantly due to the thick lip of the joint. Instead of metal Keck clips that are very rigid, find metal ones that have some flex or else you will have to force them on very hard and they will break and pop off Another design change I'd make would be to put the inlet and outlet ports on the same side, as that would let the tubing run into one area instead of all over the place.
Long enough time for full condensation of gas phase to liquid, without losing solvent gases to the During the process of rolling surgical tubing off of the top outlet nipple, the pipe broke off in my hand the pipe was the proper size. I had a problem with the water outlet for the second time. A second stir plate had water all over it, as well as the heating mantle. It is not possible to properly fuse the water nipples into the bodies of the.
I purchased this purchase as a replacement joint and it arrived in a reasonable amount of time, however the outer joint is too large for any clips I used (different brands and materials). If I have to wire it to the still head or print some clips, I will probably do it. Other than that, I have not noticed any significant defects and it has worked properly.
The original reason I purchased it was because of the price and I thought it was going to be thin -- A walled area. The situation did not pan out, however. The ones I'm comparing it with are not as cheap as the ones I'm comparing it with (the ones on eBay, etc). I would like to point out that the nips to connect the water line are not both facing down as shown in the photo but are straight out. The next time I put an order together, I will check out these guys.
There's a nice, thick layer of glass on there. There's nothing wrong with the water fittings. They're solid and nice. It was easy to mat up 24/40 joints It did indeed condense the liquid even when the temperature difference was quite high. It did not get hot or warm once I ran it!.
I don't know how it feels yet, I just got it today, but it With the reviews, I was a bit worried, but I'm glad to see it. I distill my own nitric acid for the refining process, so I'm sure it will be fine. I will update if anything changes.
Buying it is not a good idea. When I was removing the tubing gently the first time I used it, the connection to the tubing broke.
I connected the hose the second time, but the hose broke after that. Since I read reviews that it was fragile, I had to treat it carefully, but even I had to break it.
