Huge, unbroken, and in excellent condition

The product was in perfect condition when it arrived. My first reaction after reading the other reviews was to feel extremely nervous. There are inlet and outlet hoses on both the inlet and outlet end of the outer chamber, which came filled with some sort of water. It's my understanding that this prevents vibration from damaging the center spiral tube during shipment. My hypothesis seems to be correct.

It arrived broken a total of This problem does not appear to be the fault of Amazon, it appears to be the fault of Similar reviews have been posted on their other products as well. All of these products are not worth my time or money. It is worth paying a couple of extra dollars to buy a graham condenser from a reputable.

There have been three attempts to buy it so far and each time it has been broken. I would like a refund or a new product with the same characteristics, but that arrives in good condition at my hands.
