What happens if it does not come with a bottom hook for tying up the cord?

The bottom of the hook is not attached

Do you plan to use CC bags for this? There is a Model U7000WEB4 in my possession. Searching for a vacuum to work with my bags that doesn't bog down. Can I get the same results with this as I do with the current one?

The vacuum is quiet, but what is the noise level?

Having a conversation is probably impossible while it is on because it is not very loud. It is used in a retail store setting, and the noise level is not overly bothersome, but it is neither a quiet vacuum nor is it extremely loud. It is about the same noise level as most vacuums I have owned.

This vacuum is owned by both my parents and me. The place where they live is a condominium while I live in a detached house. Neither the neighbors nor their use of it has been disputed. The volume is not noticeably louder than other brands I've owned in the past. If quiet is your #1 priority, you might be better off talking to someone else. you're looking for a vacuum that has high reliability, light weight and suction power, then you're going to like this one.

It is a very limited machine, it does a good job with the vacuum

I used it to vacuum and it vacuumed better than my previous vacuum but it is rigid and awkward to use, and it has no In addition, it cannot be used on stairs, furniture, drapes, blinds, etc.
The long cord and bag system is nice but I wouldn't buy another when this one stops working and will probably need to buy a companion cleaner as this one is very limited. Therefore, I will have to pay more than if I had just gone for an "easier" machine in the first place.
