There is no mounting hardware included with the star, therefore I have taken it off. It is the second time I have bought a jumbo roll dispenser (different kind), and the other time it came with mounting hardware. Unfortunately, I was not able to find the matching screws and drywall anchors. I also had to locate washers as well, since the instructions said to use washers. Despite my dislike, I am still giving it 4 stars, since I find the dispenser to be very attractive. My home bathroom in the middle of the pandemic used this dispenser, and I think it's more pleasing to the eye than most of the other jumbo roll dispensers on the market. Moreover, you can see right through it and know how much paper is left because you can see through it. So far, I have been satisfied with my purchase.
