I had hoped for the geometric design pack, but instead received the religious inspirational saying pack, as had others. I used to be able to get six packs of these at Walmart, but box stores don't always have them in stock. I won't be purchasing these from Amazon again because I don't want my tissues to be "religious" or "inspirational. " For the love of God, they're tissues. "Believe in yourself" and "Make every day count" are not phrases I need my tissues to say. I had hoped to receive the item shown in the picture.
I ordered a box of 16 tissue packs (for a trip we'll be taking where we'll need them). It's only tissues, I know. However, I chose these because they were depicted as small colorful abstract designs. Instead, they sent me a box of tissue packs, each with the following extremely irritating slogan: "Calling on all of your might!" " "Find your brave!" " "Put your faith in yourself! "Trust me, I don't need tissue boxes lecturing me or giving me life advice. These aren't going to work for me. Purchasing these would be a complete waste of money and natural resources. Irritating to the max.
If you're looking for the package design shown, you won't find it in these Kleenex. I planned to include these in gift goody bags, but I received Kleenex packs with "inspirational phrases" that were far too inappropriate and tactless for the nature of my gift bags.
The packaging was what drew me to these. I'm used to this type of packaging. I usually buy these at Walmart, but they only had cheesy inspirational quotes on the packaging this time. My adolescent son does not want to bring this to school with him. So I go to Amazon and see these. I feel relieved. I'm not going to open the package until I've finished reading it. They're all wrapped up in the same cheesy inspirational quote package! I can't return them because I'm afraid I'll just get more of the same. I can't wait for school to start tomorrow, especially because my son uses tissues on a daily basis. I'm very angry! Kleenex must realize that everyone can use plain packaging. These cheesy packages would not appeal to me. Grr.
This set of travel Klenex was purchased specifically for the colored outer covers (rather than the sayings). I didn't want humanistic statements - I wanted covers with phrases like "seize the moment," "find your fearless," "summon your strength," and "believe in yourself. " I wanted colorful travel Klenexes, which is why I paid a little less for these than the competition. The items should be in the same color scheme as the pictures.
