This is an interesting question. Thymol is in the alcohol family, and this can cause wood to dry out faster. Also, the label recommends that it be applied to non-porous surfaces Surfaces with a porous texture. There is a lot of porosity in wood. The wood, however, seems to clean well if it is painted. This is the perfect item for removing mold from an old 1950's tropical plantation home, and hopefully a few termites as well. Hence, if the wood has been treated to make it water resistant, and even to remove dirt and grime, I would say it should work great, but I would recommend sticking with a wood cleaner instead if it is raw wood.
I wouldn't recommend diluting this product with water since it is meant to be used straight. Odoban Concentrate Disinfectant Laundry may be the solution for you.
A ULV fogger does indeed work perfectly with this unit. If you are aerosolizing any product, you should wear a respirator and eye protection.

It is a good deodorizer/cleaner, as it has a pleasant smell and is light in scent. A house that used to be owned by someone who loved dogs was purchased. In order to close the house, they hired a cleaning company to deodorize it and remove any dog urine smell. My favorite part of it was that it Their method of use was as follows.
