It is the best product out there! I started buying Earth Friendly Stain and Odor Remover a few years ago when I found out Nature's Miracle was no longer available. You can find the whole story if you search here and on Google. In any case, this stuff is great, and well worth the price. My order for this case was to replace a previous case I had been using for a long time. I have used this product several times to clean up after my dogs. '' My dogs have eaten it when they are sick and for urine, poop and when they smell bad. In our bedroom, my Black Lab bit a hole in a liquid ink pen off of my night stand that was sitting on our cream colored carpet. I met my latest battle when she ate the ink pen off of my night stand. The carpet would be stained with dark blue ink! This is not something to be proud of! Whenever she began to walk across the second floor, she immediately broke down in tears, thinking we would have to replace the carpet since it was all the same as the first floor. Nevertheless, Earth Friendly is here to save the day! As soon as I got the bottle and the paper towels out, I got started. Within seconds of squirting the product on the stains, it began to lift them right up. I am blown away by this. This stuff is amazing! I love it so much! Over the years, I have worked in animal shelters, so I have fostered and adopted more than my fair share of animals, and I have also adopted several special needs birds that require extra care and cleaning. The cleaner can be used on just about everything. I wash carpet, tile, wood, laminate, walls, furniture, etc. About once a month, I go through my entire home with a black light, and touch up any spots I find. Since having my son, I have been using it even more, to clean spit up, diaper leaks, and to spot clean the car seat of my baby. The stuff I use every day is life-saving for me. We got the stain and odor remover as a gift and loved it so much we bought another one. There is an initial strange smell-a lemony fruity smell, but after a while it goes away. We will respond within 24 hours. It is usually best to sit a towel over the stain while placing weights on it to absorb the liquids slowly. You will be amazed at how much pee smell will come out of the carpet when using this product. Our family has used several cleaners, but this is our favorite so far
