The bucket measures ten inches wide by fourteen inches long and eleven inches tall. The wringer can be easily removed and used as a regular bucket. This bucket is one of my favorites. It's extremely convenient and simple to use, as well as to clean up afterward.
I honestly have no idea how long ago it was. All I know is that the bucket is still in good working order and that it gets the job done. These buckets with wringer baskets are extremely difficult to come by, but Amazon stepped in to save the day.
Yes, but it must be on the smaller end of the scale to fit in the ringer. Mops of any size, including large and industrial, will not fit. The only type of string I used was cotton. Cotton or cloth, however, would work as long as the mop isn't too big.
No, this bucket comes with a wringer attachment that allows you to twist and wring the mop out by hand. br>br>There is no foot pedal, and the Spin 'n' Go mops are built in such a way that they would not even fit into this wringer for the flat "spinning away" of the water. br>br>The O- br>br>The O- br>br>The O- The EasyWring, a Cedar brand competitor to the Spin 'n' Go, might work if you can find one. This one, on the other hand, would not.

There isn't anything too big or too small about it. The attached wringer (which can be removed from the bucket if necessary) is ideal for wringing out my O-rings. The Cedar Microfiber Cloth Mop is a microfiber cloth mop that is made of cedar fiber Any brand of microfiber or traditional cotton rope mop would work, as long as the head size was similar. Microfiber, on the other hand, is much lighter when wet and much easier to wring out than the old white cotton rope mops. br>br>Without the O-, this bucket would be useless. A bucket with a foot pedal that you press up and down to "spin" the water away is required for Cedar EasyWring or similar mops. This wringer works similarly to your hands, squeezing out excess water - Simply place the mop in the wringer and twist the handle to wring out the excess water. It's so simple, but it saves your back a lot of time - There will be no bending over or contact with the dirty mop water! Also, just like with your hands, you can control how much water you wring out by twisting the mop, which is great if you have some sticky spots on the floor because you can leave the mop wet and "soak" the sticky spot with hot water, then wring the mop thoroughly and wipe the gunk and excess water up, just like you would if you got down on your hands and knees and used a sponge. The wringer even has a mop holder, which is a great feature that I didn't think of or expect. You can keep the still-wet bucket after you've emptied it. In it, there's a damp mop, and the holder keeps everything neat and tidy. TLDR: TLDR: TLDR: TLDR: TLDR: TLDR: TLDR: TLDR This is an excellent product at an exceptional price!br>br>Update (05/29/2019): It's still working perfectly after a year and a half. My mother has had one for a long time (at least a decade), so this is exactly what I was hoping for, but some of the reviews made me wonder if the quality was still up to par. It is. This should last indefinitely as long as you don't press down on the wringer like a pole vaulter (and you don't need that much pressure to wring it out thoroughly anyway; just keep twisting and the more you twist, the more water you'll wring out). I also noticed that the wringer is sitting at the bottom of the bucket in the only reviewer photo. I'm not sure if this was done on purpose or if they were unaware that the wringer should be attached to the bucket's lip, which you should do unless you plan to mop with less than an inch of water. Although the image in the product listing is accurate, I've included one of my own to show you. br>br>I am not a fake profile, and I have not been paid for any of my reviews. For household cleaning, I needed a simple bucket with a wringer, and this does the job nicely. Before I bought it, I read some reviews that said it didn't work with certain types of mops. As a result, you should double-check the size of your mop. I use a simple old-school mop with cotton strings that fits nicely in the wringer and wrings well (see the video I've included with this review). br>br>I filled it about 1/3 to 1/2 full with water. The bucket was quite stable at that level (just in case you were worried about it tipping over). br>br>The wringer looks and feels flimsy, but it worked fine (I'll update on the durability after a few months of use). With only a gentle press, I was able to wring it out. It's possible that you don't want to press it too hard (which isn't required).
I work as a cleaner and rely on the O- Because it gets under furniture and back into corners so well, the cedar mop is a great choice. For the past 20 years, I've used wring buckets, but this one is the best of the bunch for three reasons. To begin, this bucket has an interesting plastic mesh-like texture when you turn it with your mop. such as a wringer that uses pressure to wring out more water than other similar devices Second, the bucket's shape distributes the weight of the water, making it feel less heavy and awkward to carry. Finally, the bucket has a notch that allows you to lock the mop handle in place while carrying the bucket. This purchase has given me a lot of joy.
On the basis of one reviewer's experience with it, I purchased it for hand-wringing laundry. br>br>Well, yes, you can squeeze water out of clothes as long as the item isn't too big. However, that isn't the real issue. How does it compare to traditional hand wringing and machine spin? dry? To save money, millions of Americans hand wash their clothes (and an evaporative cooler is also helpful at this time of year). br>br>I discovered that after using this item, I was able to hand-wring a lot more water out of my clothes. It takes a little more effort to use this item than it does to simply hand-wring. I picked up a couple of colanders at a nearby store and found them to be very similar. They were much larger, so I could fit more items in them, but it was easier to skip them altogether than to use them. This bucket is likely to be given away. For laundry, it's a 0 out of 10. br>br>So, why did I give this a five-star rating? Because it's not available for laundry at OCedar. It's a mop bucket, to be precise. When I first opened the package, the first thing I noticed was how light it was. It's compact, which means it's intended for use in apartments and small houses rather than larger spaces. I scrub on my hands and knees in my own kitchen and bathroom because they are so small. Using a mop would be more time consuming. People looking for a mop bucket for a small space, on the other hand, will not be able to find one that is better. Just make sure it's paired with an OCedar bucket-compatible mop.
cedar, thank you for your fantastic bucket! I'm not going to use another bucket!.
