Questions & Answers

Can you tell me if this product comes with an ?

I purchased an extension pole separately, so it does not come with the pole.

Are you able to use this with screws What's that on the Can an adapter be used?

The painter pole (screwed) is 100% compatible with this. Attached to a 10 foot painter pole, mine weighs about a ton.

As can be seen in the photo, there is a small hole at the base, which suggests it must be extended in a snap. Do you know if it will work with threaded poles?

Yes, that will be true. Thus far I have attached mine to a wooden handle that is 18 inches long along with a six foot extension.

With a standard thread, it can be screwed onto any type of telescopic pole (not included) Is this correct? Is there such a thing as a standard size?

The threaded pole tip of the tool fits US standard threaded tools (3/4" ACME Threaded Pole Tip), so in response to your question, if the tool supports the above standard, The fans on my ceiling hang low enough that a pole is not necessary, so I have not tested this brush.

There are some differences from what was Designed to be threaded and secured to the pole end of the ceiling fan, this duster is threaded and has holes
3/5

There are issues with this as it does not slide down the pole far enough to lock into place nor does it thread correctly You cannot tighten the threads by turning. It just keeps turning as you When I was dusting my ceiling fan, I thought I had it on "good enough", but it ended up falling According to the product information, the item is a 10" An unger pole can be attached to the duster or the handle comes with the duster. There is no truth in either of these statements. The best we can say is that the handle is 5 inches long. At the same time, I also purchased an Unger cobweb and corner duster and it firmly fixed to the pole as expected.

THIS IS GOOD FOR MORE THAN JUST DUSTERS
5/5

I am using this laminate on the tops of my doors and door moldings, on large pictures and mirrors above our two-story entry and living room, and on my window sills in our The best part was that I managed to get a hold of a spider web that was nearly ceiling-high. Although I have not washed it yet, this thing appears to be working like a charm. We already had two extension poles, one short and one long, so you will need to provide your own. There is no need to drill holes in the pole to mount the Duster.

This is easier than climbing a ladder
4/5

I climbed a ladder every time to clean ceiling fan blades for years, but I decided to give this duster a shot. I found it to be easier and faster than a ladder and it took a little time to get use to it There was a problem when the duster is used, the blades spin, so I had to attach a brake to the blades and it worked great after that. I would purchase this.

There is nothing I like better than My house consists of several fans and with a pole of two different sizes, I can clean every one within about 20 minutes
5/5

It is easy to rinse out and the dirt comes out easily. If it is damp, you can fold it in three and squeeze most of the water out. It is a purchase I would make again, as well as a highly recommended product. Several ceiling fans at my house collect a lot of dirt, so this tool is an essential part of the daily cleaning routine. The rim of fuzz around the edge of my fan is no more.

Advertising that is misleading
3/5

It appears at the top of the photo that the pole measures 45", but the caption below says "telescoping pole sold separately. ". Advertisements like this are misleading. In order to attach a longer pole, we had to pay an additional $46, which was not covered by the original purchase price. It wouldn't have made any sense to buy if we knew we'd have to pay an additional $46, but we made the purchase anyway.

It has grabbed the dust
5/5

There is a ladder that has to be climbed to reach the ceiling fans because of our high ceilings. Since the material is so soft and fluffy, it allows us to reach high above the ground. Using a long pole helps us reach this height. You can use a broom handle if your ceilings are low or you are taller than 5 feet like me. Using a bit of cleaner to get it wet, I cleaned the blades with the blade cleaner. When I wiped it off, the blades looked like they had been scrubbed. After dusting off the lights and in the nooks and crannies, I was able to make some progress. When I was finished, our fans were so dusty that I ran them under the faucet to clean them. I cleaned it up nicely and it is ready for the next time. As I write this, I'm thinking I might run this nubby little duster over the baseboards and the laminate flooring. I wish you a nice.

The blades of the fan could be damaged
3/5

We have nine fans, and six of them do not work at all. Despite being advertised as a quality duster, the Unger ceiling fan duster I received does not work very well. The ceiling fans in my home are all different types. I have nine of each. It is very rough and scratchy, almost like plastic, and covered with seam binding The blades of the fans will surely be scratched by such a material. There has already been a moment when the stitching is coming loose. We see both the top and bottom of our fans from below as well as from the open areas in our upstairs, so scratched blades would cause damage to the fans and look Furthermore, the size of the duster is so tight that it is unable to slip over the blades of 6 of the 9 fans, and is so tight that it makes all of the fans swing wildly at the ceiling if you try to use it. There is no use for me in this item. This is a poor quality product! This is a poor quality product! It is my first time purchasing this item, and I had no idea it There is no point in spending money on it. On this item, the buyer should beware!.

The tool you are using is excellent
5/5

My paint stick is a paint stick I bought from the store. The tool you are using is excellent. One or two strokes are all it takes to clean the blades. In terms of mess, if it has been a long time since you've cleaned the blades, you may have a very small amount left over. Just use a hand vac to pick up the fallout.
