I hate it! It should be illegal for someone to design this

Fill the clear cap with detergent and then screw it onto the bottle. The water does not drain well in the bottle, since it is clear and doesn't have a place to drain, so it has to be rinsing out every time. The bottle leaks all the time, is poorly made, and is also not attractive. A detergent or pad that works the same way would be a great alternative to the messy alternative?.
