I'm not sure, but there's no reason why it shouldn't be. It's what I use to keep a plastic face shield from becoming staticky.

All hard surfaces become static in the winter. The dog's hair sticks all over the place as a result of this. No more static cling after spraying it on a clean cloth and wiping down the surfaces. Simple and uncomplicated It's greasy, but it's effective.
My truck has cloth seats, and every time I get out, I get a big zap when I try to close the door. I sprayed a small amount of this on the seats the other day and noticed an immediate improvement. I haven't had a single shock in several days. It's fantastic!.
Just before winter, we had new carpet installed in our basement. The air was extremely dry, and being in the basement was excruciating due to the constant shocks. The problem was solved after spraying this all over. The smell is unpleasant, and the pump is difficult to operate if you have a large area to cover. It's easy for your finger to become overworked. It lasted for a few weeks before it needed to be reapplied. I would strongly suggest it.
I bought this and used it to coat the outsides of both containers before allowing them to dry. They're no longer static, and I'm happy about it. ecstatic. Heh!.
I can't seem to get rid of the static, and it stinks awful.
This is what I use to clean the static off of my face shield. When sanding dust starts to stick to my face shield, I spray a little on it and it solves the problem.
