The review for this one required me to write one. I rarely write reviews, but I had no choice. My first impression was that I had the runt of the litter. However, after reading the reviews, it seems pretty obvious that there was a production problem. It is possible to draw the draw string from one side, but the other side has been glued or melted onto the bag. The bag tears when you pull on it. I had hoped that it would only be one or two of the draw strings, since I have had a few bad draw strings in the past. However, I am almost done with the box, and all the draw strings.

My yard waste bags have been used for years to hold yard debris and waste from the yard. I recently purchased my 10th and 11th box of these, and noticed something peculiar has changed the material has changed (went from a matte finish bag to a glossy one). The quality of the construction has greatly decreased as well as the durability of the bag due to this material change. There are no rivets on the pants either. Other issues I have with these bags are that the tie handles often break off when trying to tie up the bags, which was the reason I switched from the costco brand bags to begin with. I am going back to the HDX bags, which held up much better when loaded with the same content and load.

The latter may apply to you, or you may be considering whether the use case applies to you. In that case, you obviously need more help than an Amazon review can provide. I wish I could link to something I've seen, but I'm too lazy to do it. You can use these to gather leaves and household trash. Sometimes the strings break, or the bags aren't exactly leak-proof if you drop more than a cup of water at a time, but because they are trash bags, you won't have an issue giving them up.

There is an option of either unscented or scented candles. When ordering there is no option to choose unscented bags, so I assumed I would receive them. Rather than finding a fresh scent, I was handed a bottle of perfume. Considering these bags have an odor blocking technology and a highly perfumed scent, who knows what chemicals they are exposing us to. If you have unscented bags, please let us know. If you must update the description, at least indicate in the package, that the product is scented, and update the description to accurately reflect what you are selling. Both the descriptions and packaging of these scents are unclear and misleading, which is not fair, as many people are sensitive to the chemicals used to make these scents.
