As a senior citizen, I am retired. It was very easy to use DocaPole's cleaning kit. I was able to pull the extensions out without any difficulty. Without getting out a step ladder, I could dust my cathedral room ceiling and walls. With my high ceiling fan, I was able to reach it easily and it provided better air flow than my previous fan. To wash my window, I needed only to reach a high window. There wasn't anything too heavy about it, and I didn't find it difficult to handle. One of the biggest selling points was that it kept me off the ladder, and being off the ladder saved me money.

However, the attachment that accepts the accessories was loose when I used it the first time. The attachment is missing one rivet which holds it in place. I found it after further inspection. DocaZoo (the seller) had just emailed me to make sure the product was how I expected it to be, so I addressed the issue to them. I received a reply within a couple of hours with two options for solving the problem. After electing to receive a replacement pole, it was shipped out to me the next Even though I wasn't going to return the original, I didn't have to. The customer service that I received from Docapole could not have been better. By the way, I have since used my Docapole to clean all those previously unreachable spots in my home. My new kit works well, and I'm very happy with all the attachments that came with it. I thank DocaZoo for providing this service.

There is a problem with the extended pole that it moves around so it's not secure, it turns inside the outer pole everytime I press against the high window. The distance does not matter how big or how small it is. There is a chance I got a defective one, but I will return it it's just not worth the trouble. I plan on using the ladder to wash the windows, as I always have. I was looking forward to simplifying the window washing, but that didn't Likewise, on the pole there's a way to position the Various attachments at an angle, but once you unscrew it enough you lose it and you have to hold your finger over it so it does not fall off while you're screwing it back on The position. My opinion is that this is an extremely stupid feature without any instructions to warn me that this is available. all, I was very pleased with it when I first opened it and thought it appeared great on paper and was pleasantly surprised when I tried It's a hassle in the extreme. my book a high rating, so I was hopeful, but this one turned out to be a total dud.

We cleaned the ceiling fan, ceiling beams, wood ceiling, walls, deer mounts, and the top of our cabinets and doors. On my staircase wall, I have a ledge that I can clean by hand most of the time if I move up and down the stairs, but there are 3 feet that I can't Now that I have a DocaPole and a bendable duster on my ledge, there is no dust on it! Do not hesitate to purchase this product if you have a difficult time reaching places.

It is probably the window squeegee that is my favorite. This is the first one I've ever owned. The things I was missing were not apparent to me. The use of paper towels is no longer wasted. I can't believe what I'm seeing. Working at a school with high windows is my job. My favorite aspect of this purchase was that I would no longer have to climb up and down a ladder to reach the top. The picture you provided did not look like yours was very big. I ended up buying another squeegee instead. You provided me with a squeegee, so I used that. That was much better than what I had originally intended. On lower windows, it is much easier to maneuver. Thanks to the rubber blade, it also works Compared to other windows cleaners, it was more effective. If your solution really holds well in the microfiber head, you will have to wring it out to prevent dripping or use only a small amount. A ceiling fan or duster would be nice. No matter what you bend it into, you can do it. I think that's a big time saver. Using a feather duster is the best way to clean your house. It works very well, and I like it. Besides the ceiling duster, I also bought a dustpan and brush. There are swirled ceilings in my house. The program accomplishes its task beautifully. It is an extremely reliable system, which I recommend highly I found it to be a great investment. I appreciate the great products you offer.

MAKE SURE YOU ARE A GOOD BUYER! A five-piece set is NOT included in this purchase. Squeegees for windows and other window cleaning equipment It DOES NOT come with the washer piece. A new set was sent to me by Amazon after I contacted them. I do not believe it contained a window squeegee & brush A washer is a piece of equipment. It appears to be a sturdy set, but I did need the Window Squeegee and the Window Worker Using the washer.

There is no indication of excessive rust or corrosion on the pole or attachments I made it. Despite the fact that I still have some finagling to do to get the pole inserted and the attachments changed, I'm confident it will be simpler now that I've got it figured Even though this set is a little more expensive than ordering the add-ons separately, purchasing the window cleaning attachment and dusters as part of the set was more economical.

Once I straightened out the head and extended the pole, I was able to easily wipe up the window. As I used the squeegee to dry the glass, I rotated the pole and dried the It was easy to pressure the squeegee against the pole and clean the nasty window because it flexed easily. The tool is a plus! My original review explained that I bought them to clean an apartment window on a second story. You can be sure that it will do the job.
