Despite having purchased this product in December of 2016, the unit has worked well for the first seven A hose connecting the vacuum suction to the squeegee broke and did not allow the machine to vacuum the wet floor just last month. OK, I contacted the company that manufactures the machine, but they won't sell you parts, they want you to get in touch with When I contacted the Floor Care Authority, they told me it could be purchased through Amazon. The company took weeks to get back to me, but in the meantime, I found a replacement part. It was an inexpensive part so I was able to fix the A water leak from the clean water tank has appeared this month. In one of the corners, I discovered a crack in the battery compartment. Assuming the batteries are too heavy and are causing the crack in the clean water tank, I believe they are too heavy and putting too much weight on the battery tray. Hopefully, the Floor Care Authority will let me know what type of warranty this machine has and what steps I can take to have it.

Over two years now I am using it and I am very pleased with it. In addition, there is no way to help you gauge when you are running out of water other than maybe when it has stopped coming out. Having owned this machine for almost a year, it's been very helpful to me. I am moderately pleased with the design and the idea behind the auto scrubber. Although it appears it isn't much faster than mopping due to its small size, the machine seems to clean better than In the first couple months, we had battery issues with the chargers not working, and then the quality of the product began to suffer. It will be months before the local Clarke distributor is able to service the machine, and they do not have a technician on hand at the moment. After calling Clarke to find out if I could get the part and fix it myself (I have serviced cleaning machinery for over 18 years and was able to fix it myself), I was put on hold and then transferred twice while I waited for someone to direct me to a suitable location. As it turns out, they are made by Viper, A Viper representative helped me find the new part and sent it to me In my case, the onboard charger of the machine had a short and did not properly charge my batteries. I lost all my batteries after the charger drained them to the point where a new charger would not charge them. It was obvious a majority of the bolts/screws on the machine were loose and some bolts had stripped threads when I took it apart to replace the charger. I spent a lot of time and effort fixing the machine because the person who assembled it at the factory did not complete the job properly. repairing the issue the scrubber worked up until the gear for adjusting the handle broke. In another instance, the person who assembled it neglected to tighten the mounting bracket properly, which caused play inside the gear and caused the teeth to break off. To avoid trying to call them for help, I just ordered the part and will install it on my own. The fact that it has been a little over a year and there are so many issues is a disappointment. In summary, if I ever buy a new one, I will buy it from a viper dealer since they are cheaper and cut out the middleman.
I recently purchased this machine to replace a bucket and mop in small spaces. As a result, I'm very impressed by its work. If you plan to transport the device, I recommend taking the batteries out. The Vantage 14 is the next step for me.
