No, it's just the sweeper's cloth cover. Because it's anti-static, I use it to dust the dash of my car.
Yes, it can be washed in the washing machine. When I'm done with it, I give it a good shake and toss it in the washer.
I believe you are correct, but I am unsure what you mean by fair. At our flea market, they sell these.
One pad was all I got. They are excellent at removing dog hair from hard wood floors.

The. Starfiber mops are the best if you have bare floors. Dirt, dust bunnies, small crumbs, hair, and dog fur are all picked up by this fluffy white mop head. It's ready for more if you take it outside and bang it against the house's side to clean it. br>br>I wash mine in hot water with Gain and bleach (manufacturer says "no bleach," but I do it anyway), and I stop the washer after it starts agitating to let it soak for 30 minutes; The washer should then be turned back on to complete the cycle. br>Avoid the use of fabric softener! br>Do not dry it! br>It comes out nice and white; leave it to dry overnight on a flat surface.
We recently adopted a German Shepherd, and the amount of pet hair has become a major issue. I've previously used Starfiber and have always had a positive experience with their products. My old dust pad was starting to show its age, and I figured that getting a new one would help me pick up more pet hair. I was dismayed to discover that my old pad performed better than the new one. In addition, this dust pad is quite large and does not fit the original Starfiber mop very well. I'll keep using it, but I'm disappointed that Starfiber is no longer what it once was.
A swifter is preferable.
As a result, I've used up all of my 11. 99! If I could, I'd give it a zero-star rating.
It isn't quite as fluffy as it once was. Although the product is functional, it was previously of higher quality. It's not as fluffy as it once was, and it requires several passes to remove debris. I was concerned that I had ordered the incorrect brand, but when I showed it to my parents to compare, they confirmed that it was the same brand, though mine appeared to be of inferior quality.
It's much easier to dust under furniture and beds with this than with a regular dustmop or even a swiffer floor duster. It's something I'd strongly advise you to try. I've washed it three times now, and it always comes out white, fluffy, and brand new.
To replace an older, used model, a newer model was purchased. It really works. It cleans in a very nice way.
