Hello Tim, Yes, it has an ammonia odor. I wasn't impressed with the results cleaning glass, but I'll use it for other purposes. It isn't something I would purchase again. Paul
I have a few plants in my house, and I use this cleaner to clean the glass tops in my living room where they sit. It doesn't appear to have any effect on my plants. I have no problems using it to clean all around them.
This product is ideal for use on shower glass. This product dries quickly and evenly without leaving streaks.
Where are you going to use this product? It's for glass cleaning. Remove any screens you have and clean the glass.

Mold on outdoor furniture is a problem where I live in Florida. Over the years, my canvas wing has become stained. I tried it out the other day and was blown away. I wish I had taken a photo of the before and after. Amazing! I've tried other products on the awning over the years and they've never worked out well. My windows were in great shape! My only gripe is that the outcomes were so impressive. I'm exhausted from working on both my interior and exterior windows. There are a lot of windows in my house!.
This stuff works great for cleaning car windows, mirrors, and patio glass. Just be careful where you get overspray because it contains ammonia, which can harm some surfaces. Do not waste your money on the grocery store's watered-down window cleaner. I would strongly suggest it.
It cleans without leaving a streak. I work in the auto detailing industry, and this product is fantastic. It has a slight ammonia odor to it, but it isn't overpowering or lingering. However, it is very clean.

This product's worth is excellent. However, I use it to clean a lot of things in my house, and I prefer to clean with a dish towel rather than paper towels. I've discovered that they must use a very strong dye to make it blue, because my towels are still blue after washing, and I won't be buying it again.
This product does the job, but it does not remove the minerals that hard water leaves on your windows. To begin, you'll need vinegar and water.

My wife has commented on how strong the ammonia smell is in this. That is, however, a good thing, because not scrimping on the active ingredient is a good thing. I strongly advise you to do so.
