This, in my opinion, is what price gouging is all about. ("It's fantastic! At the store, it's extremely difficult to find. ") It's likely to have gotten past Amazon's quality control.

Where can I find a disinfectant of better quality? Is there a better deal?

Microbian appears to me to be of higher quality. It's the most effective and smells the best. I also use Microbian to clean my bathroom.

Is it possible to use it on a fabric, such as a sofa?

All of my furniture, including fabric, is treated with it. This hand sanitizer is fantastic. It smells great and I believe it helps to keep germs at bay.

Sanitizer is easy to apply

I used this sanitizer to sanitize my doorknobs, light switches, and faucets. To keep my phones and cell phones clean, I sprayed it on a microfiber cloth and wiped them down with it.

I'm going to assume that the marketing is accurate. If that's the case, I'm grateful for a germ-killing product! I didn't rate 'thickness' or 'warmth' because those aren't qualities I associate with this product.

Everything is left with streaks and a film

I rarely leave reviews, but I'm doing so because I'm disappointed with this product; while I'm sure it works, I only gave it three stars because I went around spraying every door handle and light switch in my house, only to discover that it left runs and film on everything. I purchased the spray because I was sick and needed a quick way to sanitize my surroundings. Because of the streaks this left on all of the doors and walls, I had to go back and scrub them all, which took more time and effort than simply cleaning the handles and light switches by hand, which I didn't have the energy for, so I was frustrated.
