You can really feel the difference with this stuff. As I followed the instructions with the Rug Doctor, it worked well, but I then found a YouTube video demonstrating how much more effective this stuff is when you pretreat the carpet first. In addition, I didn't realize how quickly this stuff drains out of the machine, so I went through half a bottle in a very short period of time. If you have a great deal of floor space to clean, you should purchase a few bottles.

I was very pleased with the work you did with my Rug Doctor Carpet Cleaner. Rather than use it as directed on the label, I prefer to use it as a traffic lane cleaner which I spray before using. Also, I do not add any chemicals to the cpt cleaner, but merely use hot tap water to rid the area. After using the carpet and having it cleaned in the past, the carpet was soiled and will require multiple so far, each of the (2) cleans has resulted in black waste water, so I know the dirt is being removed.
Re Injection of pet urine neutralizer into carpet, foam, and to the floor is a complaint about how I remove pet urine. I use a needle and syringe to inject the neutralizer into the carpet, the foam, and It still required several applications, and in very severe cases, repeated use of the same spot by the pet, one had to remove the carpet there and treat each layer separately. My understanding is that Rug Doctor offers a pet odor removal chemical, but I do not A professional chemical is much stronger, requires particular handling, but is much more powerful than anything you would use for consumer use. The goal of most commercial products is to be used over and over again.

It would have been better had I taken a picture before and after. I really noticed the difference in my carpet after using this product. In my experience, this was a really pleasant experience for the end result as I had never cleaned a carpet myself. Using The Rug Doctor as directed is a great way to keep your rug in good condition. The product was excellent and I would definitely buy it Even after a few weeks, I can still see the difference, especially with all the foot traffic around here.

I have tried many carpet shampoos, but this one is the first one I tried that did not lift stains and odor. The first brand I used didn't clean my carpet at all and the after-odor tasted like I sprayed perfume on a damp dog. Half way through my job, I ran out and had to use a different brand of carpet cleaner because my nearest store did not carry this brand. I enjoy the smell of the carpet and room after it has been shampooed with this product. It is not overly perfumed but it does not smell like a wet dog. As much as I am pleased, I think you will be as well. As well as heavy traffic areas, it does an excellent job! Contains concentrated ingredients to give it a longer shelf life.

The light gray stain on my 4 years old clothing is a huge annoyance. I was hoping that this would get rid of it. A Bissell rep suggest I add Oxy to my cleaner (the manufacturer). An area of my husband's house where he likes to sleep has a stain. Her little daybed mattress has a stain from the yellow mattress cover rubbing against the carpet below. The stain came from the mattress cover, which is what she sleeps on. That's the price you pay for the wonderful rewards of raising a lovely.
