The way it is plumbed now will determine how strong it is. It would be necessary to install a camlock fitting threaded into a coupler made of pvc to replace the screw. It would be easier to tell you exactly what you need if you could provide me with a drawing of your setup.

A medium grade hose that is lighter than other medium grade hoses. There is a loss of pressure due to all banded fittings. To buy hose clamps and cut the bands, I will have to do both.
It had to be fixed with multiple hose clamps because every connection was leaking. The hose was too big for the barb and when the clamp was put on, it folded over so that it allowed water to leak. This is also an easy bend, it needs to be quite straight or have a large gradual curve.
I'm alright with it. I will just say As soon as I used it for the first time there was a leak at the fitting bands. I don't seem to be pumping up to what it's rated for. There were rusty parts on the connector arms. The effect lasts for a short while, but The majority of the pools I drain are in residential areas. This is the first time it has been used without chemicals, and the hardware has become.
It's the state of California where I live. We needed to put in place an emergency firefighting plan. I was able to use this product with the other Hose and fitting purchases I had made.
A great value, but now there are leaks after 40 hours of usage It is because I used hose clamps to secure the cam lock that there is one fewer s after it. It is not possible to use the straps on Cam Lock Fittings due to their size. The Cam Locks are about the same quality as heavy duty blue hose when you use clamps, so it's like the Cam Locks are free, saving about $25.
A leaking hose seems to appear at both ends between the hose and camlock coupling, which is not even cut straight, not even a straight line at both ends.
It is unacceptable for the female end to be crimped. It doesn't matter whether crimper or crimp sucks.
An oil hose was leaking from both sides of the clamp. My clamps are old and I would like new ones. I would also like one female and one male end that fits true 1 1/2 inch. My store doesn't seem to have everything I am looking for. I would appreciate if you could contact me to purchase what I need.
