In a 43-year-old motorhome, I used it to replace all of the heater and defroster hoses. It's easy to work with and a lot more durable than I expected. Mike Young's product is excellent.

When this hose was used to duct air to a device under test in a controlled environment, it ruptured at 220 degrees with less than 1 PSI. Fortunately, we didn't need 25' and were able to use another section of the hose. The second experiment was conducted at a temperature of 220 degrees Fahrenheit. We tested at 5 PSI for about 30 minutes, and the hose did not fail again. Because the rest of the hose appeared to function normally at higher pressures and for longer periods of time, it's possible that the hose was damaged before being installed, either at the factory or during shipping. We use this hose on a plant that has been installed at only slightly elevated temperatures (110 degrees Fahrenheit). f) and 2 PSI, and it's been running for over two months, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
