The money was well spent. I bought the device after having tried to replace both wheel seals but I didn't have the time to track down an appropriate tool. One of the seals then The tool used was the right one, and the seat seated perfectly without a hitch. It would be nice if it had a handle or bore for an accessory from any of the many.

what it is supposed to! The old seal was used to install the new seal in a video I saw
