1/4" is specified in the description. 5/16" (which is what I require), but one of the photos specifies 3/8" - 7/16". Is it one of these?

The ones I got were 1/4" in diameter on the inside. It's possible that the larger size is the outer diameter dimension, which wasn't a big deal for me.

Is this something that would fit on the end of a 5/16" diameter angled bike kickstand?

The diameter of my soap holder in the shower is 5/16 inch. It's a tight squeeze, but it's effective. A kick stand, in my opinion, should have a slightly larger diameter. br>Perhaps the horizontal section that rests on the ground has a diameter of 5/16 ". If that's the case, it'll be a good fit.
