They are not the same thing, and Amazon should not allow such deception!br>This product is definitely a soft premium vinyl, as described, with a "rubbery" feel. Some vinyl is stiff and prone to cracking/splitting with just a little exposure, while others are flexible and resistant to cracking/splitting. The caps are stretchy, so you can often use the smaller size and wiggle it into place, despite the odd sizes. They're great for covering battery terminals (positive and ground) on motorcycles, ATVs, riding mowers, and other vehicles, and they come in a handy plastic case that you can refill with bulk caps as needed.
