I didn't need to know what the temperature was. The thermometer's plastic case was disassembled and removed. After that, I used a 10 mm x 1. 25 mm x 1. 25 mm x 1. 25 mm For blind installation on a large tank, use a 5 rivet nut. These are effective, and the seals are leak-proof.
