TeeJet AA144A-1 Directo Valve, 10 GPM, 100 psi, Stainless Steel

I had the worst experience ever. One season after spraying, the parts of the arrangement, part 9 on the schematic, the arrangement stop, and the coil assembly were corroded and rusted, and they were not stainless steel as stated. There is no chrome on them since they quickly rusted off. It is impossible to turn on or off the jests. It took me the entire day to take them apart and none of them could be repaired. There is nothing good about them. The manufacturer has been contacted. A different number was given to me that was incorrect.

Do not use.

We had no problems spraying corn for about 50 acres before one of these brand new valves began turning off partially, creating an undesirable In the case of the magnetic solenoid, it cannot hold the valve open against the spring and wants to close it. I tried increasing the pressure, but that did not After many months of struggle, I finally threaded a bolt in the bottom to keep it powered all the time. These valves have always been a problem. It might be worth trying some of those 12V ball valves they have here, but I'm worried that they won't operate quickly enough.
