The Great Neck OEM Pliers are made by Great Neck. This set appealed to me for 3 reasons, a good combination price, it had both the straight and the straight with the angles The angle sets are used to deal with those annoying "hard to remove" clamps & rods Just by carrying the name, we can tell they are from Great Neck. For 40 years as an ASE mechanic, my tool box was mainly filled with high end name brand tools, but I also owned some older Great Neck brand items & tools Prior to this, I have never experienced any problems. The Great Neck community should be ashamed of these and similar actions The products are made in China and are made by a Chinese company The proof is in the pudding. There are no sharp edges or corners. * The handles that come with this set are strong enough and I tested the spring release mechanism and it works fine. The C is there, however Clip for holding the jaw ends and holes in the body When you remove the frame, the entire thing comes off Suddenly, you are left with a useless set of pliers that gave out directly after the first use, both sets did the exact same thing!.
Because Amazon offers these tools, you can make your work easier by using them. They are of very good quality and very useful.
In the event of difficult spots, I went with the cheapest pair with the bend to the second one. As they work by spring, it may take you a while to get used to them, but if you are patient, they are fine. Not for those who are pros at shade trees. Invest in more expensive tools (insert a quality brand here) if you wish to use professional-grade equipment. Generally, I have had good luck with OEM brand tools, but only buy them when my life is not at stake.
They have never been used by me so far.
A radiator hose is especially vulnerable to corrosion. I had to trash both snap rings after both of the pliers failed to snap. This is only the second time that I have used them in a year and both of them were destroyed during a simple radiator replacement on a small A pair of old fashioned long-nosed pliers was needed to finish the job. Made in the U. S. Great Neck is not what it once was (Great Neck is no longer made in the U. S. Made in China POS for total sell out.
It looks like they are going to do the job. I haven't tried them out yet, but I just received mine. Having to retire, I no longer do a lot of mechanic work, but it is always nice to have the right tools when doing what needs to be done.
2 the great neck oem 25198 hose clamp plters This piece looks exactly like the picture, so I cannot wait to see how good it works,.
