Using the 3/4" hole in my Northstar 14 gal sprayer, I can use it. Even though I haven't put anything in it yet, I'm pretty confident there will be no leakage.
The 11/16 - 18 did not fit As it said, the third and fourth quarter. You can see the sides swelling as you turn the piece on its side. My windshield fluid reservoir was sealed in 3/4 of the way by this cap. There were other plugs that I tried, but they did not work and I chose to just plug the hole so the hole was factory-exact. One plug did not work and the pump that sent fluid to the headlights burned out, so the hole was of factory size.

I am pleased with the plug's fit as described. In terms of its build, it could be a little stronger, but for what I use it for, it's fine. I only remove it every six months or so.
I used this to close up a hole that could not be closed by plastic plugs alone.
As expected, it fits perfectly.
The product works as expected and is constructed well.
The drain plug on our old kayak wouldn't fit snugly in the port.
