As a stopper in my exterior fountain bowl I will drill a 1/4" hole to make it easy to drain the water on a regular basis to prevent mosquito The water is held in place tightly with no leaks.
It is exactly what is.
It did what it was supposed to do.
The price is way too high. Easily made at a low cost. Rather than keeping it, I should have returned it.
