Could you please clarify if this plug adjusts from 1 5/16" to 2" diameter?

There is a rubber stopper below the washer that has a 2" diameter. In this example, one 5/16" means the depth of the rubber area from the bottom of the plug to the washer.

The screw handle was easy to use and the length was perfect. There have been a few different types of these, and this was by far the best. The screw was easy to screw and the long end is very sturdy.
