Here are some of the highlights Magnetic fields are produced by two rare earth magnets. To mount the unit, there are two screws that fit into the holes. It has one separator ring so the magnets can be separated more easily. The magnet storage box protects outside items from the magnets, and it can be re-used to store magnets or to contain them The purpose for which it was created is unknown. I am grateful for your support
I don't know what Gauss strength is. It is a solid hook made of heavy metal. I really like how well they adhere to the wall.
magnetic base attaches to the hook, and it can be removed from the hook.
Yes, I agree!

A. UPDATED There are some of these that are poorly assembled. Similarly, the pole of a magnet like this should be facing out at all times. As a result, no two magnets would attract each other to the maximum extent. There is a force between N and S. But of the 100+ of these that I bought, several of them were improperly assembled. One magnet was facing out, while the other, the opposite pole, was facing in, so the attraction force for each was 100%. You want to make sure that two opposite poles do not come close to one another when you start taking them apart from the container they come in. You will lose chunks of skin or even worse if you break the skin trying to do this, and any part of your body is in between (like fingers). Between two opposite poles, magnet to magnet, there is a force of 100#, the same force that you would feel by directly dropping 100# onto It is thus very important to be A BIG THANK YOU TO THE MANUFACTURER. You need to keep a tight grip on quality control. I think it's a bad idea to let these go out with opposing poles facing each other! In her original review, she writes I bought a lot of these magnets to use around the shop and they are nice. If you need to stick metal surfaces to lots of things, this is a great tool. I would like to mention a couple of things According to the advertisement, the pulling force is 100#. When you have magnets opposite to each other (one magnet north and the other south), this is called a polarity reversal. On steel (1/8" plate is what I tested it on), it depends on the magnet but it's about 50 percent on steel The weight is 55#, according to a digital pull scale (hanging scale). When you have anything in between the magnet and the steel it drops off really quickly. It drops to 15#s depending on the thickness of the paper when you add a thick piece of paper, so remember that.
As I read other reviews of these magnets, I wasn't sure how well they would hold up. This is my first purchase from you, and I am extremely happy. Strong magnets can be found in the magnets. There appears to be no problem with the quality of anything. In order to hold a handheld broom and dust pan on my toolbox / work bench, I bought these hooks to attach to the sides. Neither of them come close to testing how powerful the magnet is. Nevertheless, these seem to be doing a fine job. Considering what I have experienced, I would expect that they would be able to hold a good deal of weight if they held 100 lbs.
I do not know what to do, though. As an engineer, I just do what I have to do. I don't think it's strong enough! It was supposed to hold an 11-pound edc bag to a work bench that was all metal (not painted). The math for vertical weight was done by me. The sum of 3 x 120 is 40 lbs! There is no way this can hold even 11 lbs. It's not a happy day!.
Magnetic hooks such as these perform exactly as they were On smooth, flat surfaces, they are very powerful and hold well, but as with most magnets, if used to suspend heavier loads vertically, they will slide. The addition of a tiny strip of clear, removable tape beneath the magnet prevents the magnet from Bags and backpacks can be easily stuffed inside them. A small vacuum cleaner, which is lightweight, could be hung from one. In addition, I will take one with me on a cruise to hang an organizer since metal is commonly found in cabins. The magnetic hooks offered here are very strong and are a good choice when you need them.
The pros are A very strong statement. A recent cruise we took allowed us to hang child backpacks (10 pounds) from them. We did this since the walls of our cabin were made of metal. Also, we hang towels, pajamas and bathrobes from these hooks when the bunk beds are made out of metal. Having hung their items, the children have been encouraged to do so. The cons are Since the hooks arrived disassembled, the base had to be screwed into the hook in order for it to function. While not a huge concern, these hooks are very strong and tend to stick to each other tightly.
It's great to have magnetic hooks! No, they are not strong enough to hold 90 pounds. These were the most convenient way of hanging brooms, Christmas light strings in my steel garage ceiling, and other miscellaneous items without drilling holes or mounting them permanently. We have purchased four sets of these, and we are still finding uses for them. These products are recommended for anyone with a shed or garage made of metal. The use of a refrigerator should be carefully considered. When I hung a medium sized skillet on the side, it dislodged quite easily (it didn't fall off), but it did slide down and My fan slid down and the magnet disintegrated after I hung it. It weighed less than 40 pounds. The product is excellent for the price, but you'll need to think your application through first. The 20 more I need are on their way!.
My friend and I went to Home Depot to buy some magnets thinking a 30 lb magnet would be fine because the wreath is not very Had no idea you could use a magnet vertically and lose significant strength at the same time! A quick trip to Amazon saved the day! I was surprised at how strong these hook magnets are as they arrived the next day! Despite the rain we had, the wreath hung without slipping.
They have also been used in our outdoor kitchen and again they did not move, even when we had a strong wind blowing with whatever I had set up on A second set is on the way!.
